Our Mission

Stanford Ecopreneurship was established through the Benioff Ecopreneur Fund and designed in partnership between the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability, building on the strengths of both schools.

Mission

Our mission is accelerate the the multi-trillion-dollar global economic transition toward a more sustainable future using the power of entrepreneurship.  

Ecopreneurs play a unique and critical role in driving this transition by bringing new innovations to life and proving out new ways of doing business. 

By developing a new generation of ecopreneurs at Stanford and beyond, we aim to create a world in which humans and nature thrive in concert and in perpetuity.
